WATER

Drink half your weight in ounces (minimum)
Drink and shower only in pure water (a proper water and shower filter)
Drink the first liter/quart upon rising
Drink lemon with cayenne pepper
Rejuvelac may be one of your glasses

Try to drink 2 glasses of water before each meal

Emphasize Greens: Cilantro/Cuzbara, Parsley, Kale, Broccoli, Spinach, Chard, Bok Choy, Mangold, Lettuce (not iceberg lettuce), Wild Greens, Dandelion, Watercress, Arugula, Mustard Greens, Purslane, Beet Greens, etc.

Seaweed: Wakame (very tasty), Hiziki, Arame, Kelp, Dulse, Nori, Bladderwrack, Sea Lettuce, Raw Laver, Kombu, etc.

Sprouts: Mung, Alfalfa, Broccoli, Sunflower, Buckwheat, Snowpea, Clover, Radish, Fenugreek, Hilba, all beans such as mung bean, lentil, etc.

Grains: Sprouted Raw Quinoa, Sprouted Raw Millet, Sprouted Amaranth, etc.

Water Vegetables are good for detox cleanse: Cucumber, Tomato, Celery, Zucchini, Bell Peppers, (Orange, Red, Yellow), Hot Peppers, etc.

Root Vegetables: Radish, Turnip, Sweet Potato, Squash, Carrots, Beets, Daikon, Fennel, etc.

Avocados are very alkalizing and contain the right kind of fat but don’t go overboard.

Cabbage, Cauliflower, Florets, Broccoli, Broccoli Sprouts, Kale, are some good examples of cruciferous vegetables that are also excellent for balancing women's hormones and thyroid (not high thyroid; contradicted with certain medications)

MORNING RITUAL CHOICES

HAVE DAILY FLAXSEED:
Grind 2-3 Tablespoons of Golden or Brown Flax Seeds
Add 2-3 tblsp fresh Flax Oil
Choice: Add 3 tblsp of Coconut Oil,
If you are able, add 1 tsp of Fish Oil (molecular distillation)

You may add all or any of the following to this morning mix:
Goji Berries, Hemp Seeds, Chia Seeds, Maca powder, Bee Pollen, Sprouted Sunflower Seeds, Sprouted Sesame Seeds, Sprouted Pumpkin Seeds, Fresh Fruit, Add water if necessary. Add celtic or himalayan salt to taste

FRESH DAILY JUICING:
Pick one type of Greens each day with Fruit such as apples or pears to cover the bitterness of the greens. If you have berries, add those. Other fruits are good as well. Green apples are low glycemic where red apples are not.
Choice: Add a piece of fresh ginger. If you can, add a couple of garlic cloves.
To preserve and enhance taste: Add half to whole lemon (also alkalizes), celtic salt, pinch of cayenne pepper. Cayenne Pepper is extremely beneficial. You may add cucumbers and/or celery if you have. If there is no fruit, use a lot of tomatoes instead.

BLENDING GREEN SMOOTHIES:
Greens with Fruit. Add Water, or if you have, add: Coconut Water / Rejuvelac / Freshly made Almond Milk / Flax Seed Oil. Although bananas are high-glycemic, they seem to be the best fruit choice for smoothies.

To enhance taste: Add lemon, celtic salt, ginger, garlic, pinch of cayenne pepper

You may add any or all of the following: Chlorella, Spurulina, powdered greens such as Pure Synergy or Vitamineral Greens, Maca, any sprouted seeds, Hemp seeds, Brazil nuts, Non-pasturized Almonds, Lucuma powder, Mosquite powder, Bee Pollen, Camu Camu Berry, Chia Seeds, Aloe Vera Juice.

WHEATGRASS JUICE:
Maintenance: 2 ounces
Cleanse: 2 ounces twice a day. Try to avoid drinking wheatgrass juice in the evening close to sleeping hours as it is very energizing.

ALL FRUIT MEAL
All fruit. You may add the following: Sunflower Seeds / Pumpkin Seeds / Sesame Seeds / Hemp Seeds are very nice / Chia Seeds, Lemon, Maca


LUNCH

Drink 1-3 glasses of pure water
Freshly made Almond Milk (not for cleanse)
Eat Vegetable Salad. It may include: greens, water vegetables, seaweed, different kinds of sprouts, cruciferous vegetables, root vegetables, sprouted seeds, sprouted grains, soaked nuts (not for cleanse), avocado, raw sauerkraut, bee pollen to sweeten
Topping: organic cold-pressed olive or fresh flax oil (check the date on it), lemon, fresh garlic, fresh ginger, fresh onion, celtic or himalayan salt, dulse flakes (mountainroseherbs.com), pinch of cayenne pepper. In addition, you may choose to add spices such as oregano, dill, zatar, garlic, cumin, tumeric, raw organic tehina or some other healthy creamy topping. (Nut toppings and butters are forbidden during a detox cleanse including cacao, etc.
Desert: Raw Cacao, Maca, Coconut oil/butter with healthy low glycemic sweetener. You may add Mosquite Powder, Lucuma Powder.

If you are having dessert a couple of hours after the vegetable meal or an hour or two before, you may add fresh fruit to the dessert such as Goji Berries or Powder (Goji, Pomegranate, Berry Powder, Acai, etc).

DINNER

Drink 1-3 glasses of pure water before meal
Staying Raw: Juice, Blend, Raw Vege Soup, another vege salad or Fruit meal. You can add flax crackers
Cooked Meal: Best Grain Choices are Quinoa / Millet / Kasha / Wild Rice / Amarath
Raw or cooked (raw is the better choice): Greens, Squash, Sweet Potato, Turnip, Wakame or other seaweed
Bread Choices: Sprouted Spelt, Sprouted Rye or Sprouted Wheat (least best)
Heated Oil Choices: Olive Oil, Coconut Oil
Flax Oil cannot be heated
Raw: add fresh sprouts, hemp seeds, etc
Raw Condiments: ginger, garlic, lemon, celtic salt, miso, dulse

Eating or Drinking after Water 0-15 minutes

FOOD COMBINING PRINCIPLES
Drink BEFORE meals and inbetween meals (wait a "sufficient" time after eating)
Do not mix fruit with vegetables except green apple. Lemon, avocado and tomato would be with the vegetable category
You may mix fruit with greens / veges if you are juicing and some blending too.
Eat all melons alone
If you are eating protein in the non-raw category such as fish, eggs, poultry or red meat, do not mix with carbohydrates such as bread, potatoes, grains (except brown rice). Rather eat protein with veges or carbs with veges in a particular meal
Veges with seeds or nuts are fine
Fruit with seeds are fine
Never eat fruit after a meal.

*Chemical Fake Sugars (especially)
*Meat including chicken (better choice is organic and not grain fed)
*Carbonated drinks, all kinds of soda, soft drinks, commercial juice
*Caffeinated and non-caffeinated Coffee, Caffeine, Tea. Herbal Tea is good.

*Tobacco and Drugs.
Pond Fish / Non-Ocean Fish, High Mercury Fish, Canned Tuna. If fish is desired, do not eat frequently and eat fish only from the ocean such as wild salmon. You can receive your protein and omega 3 from live enzymes and aminos.
Dairy (better choice is organic raw goat’s yogurt, kefir/quark especially for Budwig Diet; Ghee butter). When you blend in flax seed oil, the dairy becomes water soluble and is good for preventing and overcoming disease.
Eggs (Organic Raw okay)
Alcohol (except red dry wine. Try to get without sulfites if you can)
GMO Soy such as Tofu, Tempeh, Soy Milk. Miso is good and fine and not GMO.
All Pesticides (On Food, Cleaning, Personal Products)
